  8. A. License: The License Agreement grants the user of this copy of FrameMaster
  9.                a license to evaluate one copy of FrameMaster for 30 days.
  10.                Thereafter the software may not be used until a registration
  11.                key is purchased or otherwise legally obtained from
  12.                Galleria Software or through RegSoft Inc, a software distributor
  13.                of Galleria Sofware.

  15. B. Transfer:   FrameMaster Licenses are not transferable.

  17. C. Copyright:  The Software and Documentation are owned by Galleria Software.
  18.                The Software and Documentation are protected by United
  19.                States and international copyright laws and international
  20.                treaty provisions.  You may not remove, obscure, or alter
  21.                any notice of patent, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets
  22.                or other proprietary rights.

  24. D. Term:       This License is effective until terminated.  This License
  25.                and your right to use this Software terminate automatically
  26.                if you violate any part of this Agreement.

  28. E. Limitation of Liability Disclaimer:

  30.                Galleria Software has made reasonable
  31.                checks of this Software to confirm that it will perform in
  32.                normal use on compatible equipment substantially as
  33.            described in our Documentation, as published most recently
  34.                prior to your download of the Software.  However, due to
  35.                the inherently complex nature of computer software,
  36.                Galleria Software does not warrant that the Software or
  37.                Documentation is completely error-free, will operate
  38.                without interruption, is compatible with all
  39.                equipment or software configurations, or will
  40.                otherwise meet your needs.  ACCORDINGLY, THE SOFTWARE
